There seems to be a design flaw.!!!
Pro--heats quickly...cons--hard to get hair wrapped, holding in place trying to wrap hair burned my hair, either curled to tight or not at all..the plug was awkward to use. Also did not open wide enough to get my hair in. Disappointed in product.
