2 of 3 found this helpful The item arrived quickly, just as described. Manual for the item was sent electronically prior to receipt, making easier to familiarize myself with the product. The instructions were easy to understand and the product had ease of use. The item is equipped with noise reduction, which is more pleasurable to the client. I do recommend a rest period of 10 minutes for each hour of continuous use. The handles are comfortable to grip, have ease of use, and easy to clean. The navigation of the screen is very user friendly, but to get the desired intensity it is very important to read the instruction manual. The only suggestion I would have is to make the cords less bulky to allow for easy transition from one probe to another.

It's more trouble than its worth.
1 of 1 found this helpful I bout this ceramic tool, thinking it will be better than metal or "Exacto Knife" since I use ceramic knives in my kitchen. Not at all. There is a smidget of blade length without much room for precise cuts. I am just not a fan of it for vinyl, htv, or card stock.
