    Seller contacted and refused to reply. Ram was sent in a plain DL envelope, wrapped (together) in a thin piece of plastic with no further packaging. Both ram sticks were tested and did not work. Case opened with eBay and I was refunded by eBay/PayPal. I would not recommend this seller, their lack of communication and quality of product is disgraceful!

    Tested beforehand. No case opened, just a normal return request. We didn't ask for product back and issued a full refund immediately. That was that.

    Ram was sent wrapped in thin layers of cling wrap with no anti-static packaging or padding, taped to the inside of a normal paper envelope. Needless to say, it arrived and did not work. Seller was contacted but has not responded.

RUBBISH
They are much smaller than you think... but worse than that the moment I plugged one into my computer it turned off my entire laptop, like the battery had been pulled out. When I took it out, it did the same. Dangerous.
