  Gave me negative feedback because a cartridge wasn't compatible with his printer. That's my fault yes that he bought the wrong ink - I should have been able to know and prevent it. And of course that's fine with eBay to leave feedback like that. "I wear a size 10 and these size 7 shoes I bought didn't fit!" Ebay has no problem at all with negative feedback like that that has zero to do with the seller. Sigh. Only karma will make it right someday I guess.
