  Purchased live fish, seller packaged item well though did not include any type of heat for NE sale in December. Seller paid for 2 day shipping and marked package appropriately but package took 3 days fish die in transit not the sellers fault. When I asked for options the seller was rude stating its not their problem and hasn't returned messages. I've offered pictures of the package being brought inside the time it was delivered but the seller has no intrest in backing the items they sell.

  he waited 3 hours after delivered to contact me to tell me that the fish arrived dead.must of left them outside to long in 33 degree weather there was a heating pack on the bottom of the packing to keep the fish at a consisent temperature.
