Is defective
This particular unit came defective, it doesn't sync with the app unless it is plugged to the USB charger, It doesn't remember any configuration like reminders of inactivities or track sleep, since it doesn't switch to sleep mode, there is no way of tracking sleep, and no matter how many taps, it is completely unresponsive to them. It does track steps, but doesn't in order to review the steps on the app, it is necessary to plug it in the usb charger. Could't find where to complain about this, or trying getting a re[placement. Upon arrival it was evident this unit was a used one, not refurbished or new unit. I was actually a bit upset about this, since I was under the impression that these were refurbished. I would be happy with an used unit, but one that works.
