A good basis, easy to use, workbook--
This is very good for a 'progressing' workbook... it is best, if you already know some spanish, and want to 'grow' into using sentences... this way,
half the work has been done by you...
if not, though-- it sure is a great help, all-in-all-- for those wanting to grow, in their spanish... they can use it at their own pace...
it is set up with both english and spanish, in the stories...
and, there are 'word list' as to what you find in the stories, as well...
they talk about the verbs, and their forms... and show how they
fit in the stories... most stories are about travel-- so that may be good for those that 'seek to travel' some day...
you will enjoy this so much more, though, if you 'pre learn' a lot of nouns, and basic verb forms-- it will just make it a lot more fun, for you--you will see things you recognize!... i loved it! and, ordered a second one, as: i write all over my workbooks...
ps-- 'compelling' for me, means: i enjoyed working with the sentences, :)
