Your purchase from us will be carefully packaged and shipped with the utmost care. We use bubble mailers and extra packaging inside. We will send items box when it's a good idea and we will try to accomodate any special requests. We also can include a kind note or remove prices from invoice if it is being sent to someone special as a gift.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
We DO NOT accept returns on DVDs that are used UNLESS you received a DVD that you did not order. All used DVDs are AS-IS and are always checked to make sure they are in outstanding condition. If a return is needed, the buyer must pay for return shipping. Exchanges or refunds will be provided after receipt of the returned item, ONLY if ordered by mistake. Returned items must be returned in the same condition as received.
We DO NOT accept returns on Brand New DVDs if opened. We only accept returns for New DVDs if you ordered, or we shipped the wrong DVD.
