Ceramide Capsules

The contents of the capsule is a moisturizing substance that glides on easily and feels wonderful on your skin. Some people are able to get two applications; one morning and one evening, from one capsule. I use one each morning and evening and it has helped keep my skin smooth and soft. Definitely recommend.
