It works, mods needed for install.
It does the job. The instructions did not mention the need to grind on the case, to provide enough clearance to install the unit. I had to use a die grinder to remove material in 3 places. Also the nut for the front pulley was missing in the kit. I had to go to Tractor Supply and buy a cat 1, 3 point hitch lug to rob the large fine thread nut, to finish my install. This installation is best left to an experienced mechanic, if you don't have the tools or skills to modify the case.
I have only driven it 500 miles. Time will tell if this holds up.
