  Book lacking last 10 pages. Seller knowingly omits this fact from both verbal and pictoral description, hiding behind the "as is" formula. Then cynically offers a return, with buyer having to shoulder costs, spend time and energy. Cunning, totally untrustworthy. Never again.

  Unfair. International purchase and you asked for a return on a book over 100 years old. You stated it had damage but did not provide photos or any proof, yet I still I agreed to take the book back in exchange for a refund. Never heard back from you and you decide to leave these negative remarks. Please do not purchase from me again.

  Great Steiff Owl. Seller was very easy to work with.. even when we were having problems with the United States post office, the seller did what they were supposed to do contacted the post office to try to figure out the problem. I would recommend the seller and would buy from them again.
