Well made
Well made but I expected it to be a little thicker.

Powerful but heavy
Quite happy with this machine. It is a little heavy so if your elderly or have a lack of strength it would be too hard to use. Also cleaning the machine is quite easy although some of the parts are difficult to remove and replace for cleaning. It doesnt use a lot of water on the express setting which is a bonus ...no danger of soaking your carpets! Haven't tried the deep clean setting as yet.
