Plastic
It is a knife and it does hold standard box knife blades. It works ok but it feels cheap. Honestly I’ve never handled one of these, maybe just takes getting used to. I don’t recommend these. If you should drop it and step on it you will likely break it. It’s not my idea of a knife.

Great product.
These are awesome. They hold their charge while in storage for months at a time pretty well. Regardless, I like to ‘refresh’ them once in a while. You can’t go wrong with these.
