  I received the ceramic bathroom dispenser pump & while design was ok, the ceramic portion arrived chipped, as it was not packaged well. Just a thin cardboard sleeve from the factory inside a thin plastic bag. No bubble wrap/box or padded shipping envelope. I contacted the seller immediately, who stated 'what consensus necessary to get 5 stars?' I stated, since product damaged, you need to ship a new one, at no charge for pump or shipping. I've not heard anything despite leaving 3 addl msgs
