    I normally write a generic message here, not today what separates suppliers is their customer service and after sales service ordered the item it arrived within 2 days I used it and it didn’t work I messaged this company and straight away they had another in the mail with a return paid envelope the second one arrived before I even expected the first one to be delivered and works flawlessly This is the type of customer service that will keep customers coming back Top Shelf thank you!!

    Had an issue as the item didn’t reformat when I received it. Potentially corrupted, potentially damaged? Contacted the seller and showed screenshots of the issue, he was happy to refund once I returned the item to him with a postage bag he sent out to me. Annoyed it happened, but please with seller’s response and that I didn’t end up being out of pocket! Just unfortunate circumstances I guess

This Product was Faulty very Disappointing
This product was faulty, we had a video shoot and when it came to using the card to record it didn't work, we tried using the item in several devices and no go.
