Delivery extremely slow using Aquilline carrier which added confusion and worry to the purchase and delivery. But the order did eventually arrive with Aquilline passing the final leg of delivery over to Amazon. Order placed on Dec 9 - finally received Dec 19. Because the shipping carrier Aquilline was unknown to me and had several bad reviews, I lowered from 5 stars to 4 on shipping and communication.

I received shipping notices from FedEx and it took over two weeks to arrive. Then when the package did arrive it was delivered by UPS. I contacted the seller during the process and they did get back to me about looking into the problem. Strange way to do business.

When I got a message from deliverer,"delivered", I couldn't find anywhere,so I sent the message to this seller, he or she pressed to the delivery company and I got the thing next day. Amazing!
