A great alternative to cables
Our band has 10 individual lighting rigs and a couple of gigs ago I reached my limit of untangling, connecting, disconnecting and bagging DMX cables.
If you add in speaker, mic and guitar cables, you don't need this additional hassle before and after gigs.
Since 6 of these lights are DMX controlled I bought a set of 7 of these wireless gizmos to have one spare.
They work brilliantly, good strong connection, react all together, are really robust, fast to set up and take down. Perfect in use.
A couple of things to consider. I still take my bag of cables just in case. You have to remember to charge all 7 before each gig. There is only one sender so no spare. The sender is mains only so you need another socket.
Accepting the above I would totally recommended these to cut down the complexity and time involved in running DMX cables.

Almost perfect
1 of 1 found this helpful I needed an external light that runs on batteries because guaranteeing enough sunshine to run solar lighting in the winter months is tricky.
This one looked good because it has twin lights that can be positioned, the mounting method is good with a back plate the light slides into once fixed in position.
The battery compartment slides in and out so changing batteries doesn't involve dismantling anything.
The lights are really bright but don't spread very wide, that's ok for what I needed.
The only disappointment is that the sensor range is a little limited so it doesn't pick up movement until you're quite close.

A very useful product
Made of metal, the holder is nice and strong. The screw thread is good and the rubber gasket keeps moisture out. Ideal for carrying the tablets I need other than the fact that I can only fit 3 of them in, and they're not particularly big. The only other thing I would comment on is the key ring part is not very thick, it looks like it would not last as long as the container.
