  Item arrived packed in a box with a few foam peanuts and bubble wrap; the box had a few 2-3" holes in it (gasp) but the contents survived. The bridge was knocked down but fortunately the sound post had remained in place. Bridge had some garish pencil marks not visible in posted photos, but an eraser took care of it. After some adjustments, the violin sounds fabulous. Overall very pleased with the transaction!

  Won 2 Pandora items, sent msg for 3 days asking for combine ship invoice like they said they would. Never received. Paid for my items on 4th day in full. 6 days later rec'd refund, no explanation. I sent msg later asking why refund & no explanation. 3 days later rec'd msg: Assoc. sold in store & didn't remove from ebay listing & apologized. That in my opinion is not good customer service. An explanation from the start would have solved everything. I was very disappointed.
