The seller did offer a small partial refund or to return the item, however it is highly inconvenient that it arrived damaged in the first place. It looked as though it had come off a car boot sale. It was packaged in an old shoe box which was clearly not strong enough to avoid damage to the LEGO box. Only 3 air cushions used on one side. Insufficient use of protective packaging. If you respect LEGO, do not buy from this seller - you will be thoroughly dissapointed.
