  The item never arrived or shipped. I paid $8500+The seller immediately called to make delivery arrangements. The seller was unresponsive and never shipped the item but updated to shipped. The seller called saying he did not have the item but was expecting it soon. the seller then called and said he did not have the item and wanted to know if i wanted something different or a refund. I requested a refund and days later, the refund has still not been issued. Seller still has $8500+ of my $$$
