Extremely high quality and fitted perfectly.

I must say I had my doubts as to how this tow bar would fit my Mercedes as I knew the area where it was to fit was very tight behind the existing bumper bar. My main concerns were that I wanted the tow bar to be canceled as much as possible and I didn't want to cut the original bumper bar to fit the new tow bar or at lease have minimal cutting. Although the tow bar had many parts and and all the holes were pre drilled it fitted extremely well and exceeded my expectations. It is a well engineered part and is of the highest quality far better than the factory version. Hayman Reese put a lot of time into this design and if you take your time its just a matter of bolting it in place with everything provided. The wiring is all provided and fits into the existing wiring harness and looks factory manufactured. Best of all I saved over $1000 by doing it myself.
