  Received a faulty item and they offer 10% discount. I want a new item as advertised not a discount. This seller seems to do this quite often and treats customers like fools. Do yourself a favour and don’t buy from them as they don’t care about you one bit. Disgraceful customer service. Avoid at all costs. The message that I will receive after this feedback is that they are sorry and they will learn from the experience. No they won’t learn as this keeps on happening.
