Motivational!
Love my jawbone Up3. The different features are easy to use and really make you question your choices throughout the day. The Smart Coach can be tailored to motivate you to be more active and you can set personal goals. The food logging feature keeps track of your calorie intake and I like the reminders to drink more water. The sleep tracker is really good - I particularly like the REM, light and deep sleep statistics and the vibrating alarm to remind you to prepare for your chosen bedtime.
The Up3 is extremely light and comfortable to wear and looks like a stylish bracelet. The clasp was a little fiddly to close the first time but quickly became easy to do up and it does feel very secure on your wrist.
In summary, the Up3 is an attractive and motivational activity tracker packed with many features that can be customised to your preferences.
