    I'll be honest the item came in a well secured package, well taken care of and, matched the description as presented. Now...communication just doesn't exist. I messaged the seller three times and still no response. Delivery - Said it was delivered and, placed in safe area but sign of it. Showed up a two days later! All and all, I did get what I wanted for a cheaper price but patience is key with this one 🫰

    Seller didn't respond to my query why DISPATCH was LATE, or then why box was obviously damaged/opened. This was not a transport issue, item was knowingly sent damaged by seller. I was unable to verify cartridges were actually "late expiry" as advertised & seller clearly was unable to deliver item as promised. I would've bought elsewhere if ad was honest on time/condition. I gave seller _2_ opportunities to 1/ explain delay and 2/ explain opened/damaged box, on both nil response. Won't buy again!

    Item nearly as described as warranty is 3 years not up to 5 years as in description. A bit slow to send but Easter got in the way. All good.
