As a digital item, the codes appeared in my ebay inbox within 10 minutes, and was fully to my satisfaction. I ordered 3 Mona accounts, and sent a message to the seller requesting that the travelers be female if possible. I cannot verify if the seller saw it, as it was not mentioned in the description that they would check there, and they delivered astonishingly quickly, but I can say that all 3 were female travelers. A perfect transaction.
