Saved buying a new Roomba
Our ten-year old Roomba appeared to have finally died, but this new unit, replacing the original type did the trick and we have extended its life once again.

New and improved version
This has been improved since the original in my cistern, in that the holding clip (which broke, and was the reason for replacement) has been replaced with a circular section with greater strength and resilience.

Worked OK on Stainless Steel
Bought this to silver solder some stainless steel, then read that you had to have special flux, but I gave it a try anyway and it has worked better than I thought.
