Not Happy
Ice machine doesn't keep the ice frozen enough for the ice to be removed from the basket when it full. When the ice basket does get full & almost half of the ice was already melted away.

Sink rack is too flimsy
Sink Rack Plastic Coated Wire Rack White - Kitchen Tools & Gadgets
The sink rack is too flimsy, it is not thick enough to stand on it own. it bends when too many dishes are placed on it. I should have bought at BB&B it has a better quality.
