Well priced and good functioning boost DC to DC converter.
I have been using it to charge different types of Lithium batteries and it works great. Both the voltage and amperage limits are adjustable and the price is good.

The batteries are great, the charger is not reliable.
The batteries work great and they are good value. The charger included with the batteries is not the best quality. I have bought about 20 of these batteries and I had two of the chargers fail.
If you are charging the batteries from a different source like solar power then there is no issue and I would recommend this product.
