Simple, clean and easy to use
2 of 3 found this helpful I love the versatility of this machine. So far I have no issues. The water takes a minute or two to heat up after turning the machine on, but that is not an issue for me. One thing I noticed, when brewing a pot, I need to add more water than necessary; for example when brewing an 8cup pot, I need to make sure there is more than 8cups of water in the tank otherwise the pot will be short quite a bit. I just plan to keep the tank full and hopefully that will eliminate this problem. Overall, great value so far!
