Do you need this?
It is likely this product is vegan and may only be consumed without detriment avoiding meat.
Is this good? It is debatable. Vegan food relies on destructive agriculture, ploughing, raking of land, destroying the mycorrhizae that plant roots need to thrive.
Monster has a great range and taste but L-carnitine is available in meat and like taurine is finely balanced by the body for optimal use in the brain. Supplementing it via liquid form may not be what the omnivorous body needs.
Lose the L-carnitine next creation.

Useful arm extension
I needed to reach to collect stray paper that had been dampened by rain from the path outside my home. This item helped a great deal by allowing me some mobility extra to what I possess. The mechanism seems robust for what it is and it sits well in my hand.
