3ds wasn’t really in "good condition" like advertised

ordered a pokemon 20th anniversary 3ds about a month ago. said it was in great condition and worked perfectly. overtime after it arrived i realized it wasn’t true. when i took off the cover plates it was filthy. looked like something was spilled on it. other parts were filthy too. the right half of the touch screen barley works. for example, to type the letter m i would need to press on the very end of where the letter b is. the charging port for it also has a problem with it. it looks like it is bent a little bit and only charges at a certain angle. i paid $360 for this, and even though i enjoy it, it really would’ve been nice if it was communicated that it had these problems.
