Fun even for bad back sufferers
I turn 50 in January and have a slipped disc. My physiotherapist suggested I do pilates to help strengthen my back. This dvd is well explained by the instructor, on screen hints/reminders and
a voice over; and in a way that you don't feel you are being nagged! and you are at the end of the workout before you know it.
I (amazingly!!) have seen results after just a couple of weeks doing it most days, my back feels stronger and I have started to get some definition already!
I really enjoy this workout!!!!
