Multi purpose picks

I bought this set of picks not for DIY dentistry but to use on taking apart my motorcycle brake callipers. They worked brilliantly enabling me to hook out the old brake piston seals. Worth having in your toolbox as they only cost a few pennies each.

Ice packs to help relive itchy arms

I have damage to my neck vertebrae c5/c6 which cause a condition known as Brachioradial Pruitus , this causes extreme itches on my arms Ice packs are helpful in easing the itch. I bought two of these so I can use one while the other is still in the freezer. These ice packs are good quality and hopefully will last for some time. They can also be used hot but I’ve not tried that yet.

Forever Living Aloe Propolis Cream

I have extremely itchy arms for a few weeks every year after summer. I’ve done lots of research and I have self diagnosed Brachioradial Pruitus. (Nerve damage in my neck ) This cream definitely helps soothe the itch, without it I can scratch so much my arms bleed. None of the Doctors I’ve seen have been able to find the cause or prescribe anything that has helped. I’ve tried many creams in the past but this one works for me.
