healthy
i take one tablespoon every morning with a emergency vit packet and it lowers my blood pressure a lot and lots of nutrients.

picky chickens
i liked it but our two chickens dont eat like normal chickens ,didnt eat peas or black sunflower seeds even after fermenting,2 cups lasted them for 3 days ,they would rather range
