Does The Job!

As long as you check that the brushes are of a suitable length for your purpose (14" or shorter), these are great brushes. Well-made and sturdy. I like that two of them have end bristles to get into those awkward corners!! 👍🏻 A good set.

MBP early-2011 17" - replacement DVD drive

This was purchased as a replacement for the original failed drive. I did a fair bit of research to confirm this was the right part to buy. I used iFixIt's useful DIY manual to figure out what needed to be done. When I got the laptop opened, though, the interior arrangement was decidedly different to what the manual had shown! OMG!! Actually, it was an easier changeover than described - the bluetooth section unscrewed without needing to disconnect anything, or remove it from the DVD drive, which was helpful. All in all, an easy changeover. It did help that I had a repair kit with all the right tools, mind you!! Word to the wiser buyer!!

Sturdy and effective

The cover is well-made. The velcro closures were put on in some very strange ways — they can be more of a hindrance than a help — but they do work and it fits the Spirit II grill well!! Now to see how well it stands up to tropical sunlight — but so far, it's doing its job effectively. 👍🏻
