Decent desk for little money
I didn't get directions with mine but it was pretty straightforward putting it together. Once all the screws are tightened up it's super sturdy. It did have a couple chips but they're all on the bottom side so they cant be seen

Quality as good as Rogue but with more parts for equal money
This is exactly the same as the Rogue rack at my local gym. I was actually looking into buying a Rogue rack but the shipping was almost $200 on top of the rack price, which was about the same as this rack. The other difference is this one comes with spotter arms which would have been ANOTHER $200 for the Rogue arms. This is 11 gauge tubing just like Rogue as well. I've yet to bolt it to the floor but I've done pullups and hanging leg raises and it's been dead steady.

Thin tubing that I wouldn't trust to hold any weight at all
When I open the Box one of the upright plates the bolts to the bottom to being was bent so That it wouldn't be able to bolt onto the bottom tubing. The company however is amazing and took it back with 0 problems. I tried to find another rack through them but this is the only one they sell otherwise I would be more than happy to buy a different one from them. They should drop this brand and carry something a little better because I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened to.
