DIdn't last long

Initially, the only problems with this phone were that I couldn't send or receive photos. Then, after about 2 months, it stopped working entirely. It would freeze, and I'd have to turn it off just to make one call or send one text- every single time. Then it just stopped working entirely. I never dropped it, never got water on it. TOok good care of this item.
