Jawbone is better
2 of 3 found this helpful In the past three years I have owned a Jawbone Up, a Misfit Shine, a Misfit Flash and now the Stiiv Walgreens premium activity tracker. The Walgreen's tracker has some nice features. The premium version gives you notification of incoming calls when you have it linked by bluetooth. You can also review your progress with a simply glance at the tracker or at your phone. It is a bit bulky on my wrist. But the real reason it only gets an okay rating is the same reason I've given up on the Misfit products. The information reported is extremely limited. Even though I have one of the older models of the Jawbone, that needs to be plugged into my phone to upload the information, I get so much more useful information from the Jawbone. For me it is worth the extra step. The Stiiv tracker tells you how long you slept, the Jawbone shows you how often it was deep sleep, light sleep, or when you were awake and moving around during the night. The pedometer feature on the Stiiv shows steps taken, the Jawbone shows a bar graph of how many steps were taken at different times through out the day so you can see when you are most active and what times you need to work on moving more. I'll stick with my ancient Jawbone and hope I can find another one when it dies.

Third time not a charm
I've owned and lost two shines over the years. Generally they work well and I love that you do not have to wear it on your wrist. This one is not working well. It was nearly impossible to install the battery. Now, only a few days in, it shows the battery is low. Obviously it is a lemon. I would order directly from Misfit but they have discontinued this tracker.
