As expected
Product came before end of delivery window. Packaged well. I bought it because I used to buy the shikakai powder and mixed with water but no matter smooth a paste I made and how long I rinsed my hair I would always find little grains in my hair after so decided to try the shampoo bar. Only used it once so far so too early to tell how it compares to the powder but my hair felt soft after using. Does have a lot of other ingredients so might want to read the ingredient list if you after a suplhate, paraben, etc free product. Very strong herbal smell, doesn't bother me.
