  The seller didn’t dispatch for 2 weeks, eBay stepped in and they dispatched if next day. When it arrived was the wrong item. I contacted them, no reply. Asked eBay to step in and got a return post label. Sent it back, after 3daysof them receiving it, no refund. Asked eBay to step in. Refund arrived. 5stars to eBay no stars for this seller. Very slow to reply and only when prodded by eBay. Been very stressful drawn out transaction. I don’t know how they could mess us so badly.

  Where to start. Product didn't arrive so was offered a refund or replacement. Like a fool I opted for replacement. Told it would be another week was I happy to wait , I agreed. Then nothing no reply to my messages and I sent loads. Reported to ebay still nothing. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY RIP YOU OFF. THEY ARE THE WORST KIND OF PEOPLE AND RUIN THE IDEA AND PRICIPLES OF EBAY. I don't mind being told the no just don't like not being told when I've asked a polite question. W*****s

  When the item eventually arrived, it was as described. However, the item was not dispatched until the actual expected delivery date and after I took the initiative and contacted the seller to enquire when they expected the order to be dispatched. No communication/reply from the seller at any time.
