    Item was described as in "excellent condition", but arrived with residue of thermal paste from previous use. Does not impact the item's usefulness, but doesn't match my definition of excellent condition. Item received tracking label within hours of submitting order, but it was not received by USPS for many days after. This typically indicates that the item was not available in local storage but rather had to be sourced externally. A lot of vendors use this move merchandise from China on demand.

    What an insane conclusion to reach. It would never be that I listed a three-day handling time on the item and then shipped it the following day. Also, an item with an obvious tiny amount of debris on it IS still in excellent condition as debris doesn't affect the condition. A child knows this. I'm not your detailer. Stay FAR away from this buyer. BLOCKED.
