Great Vegan Staples
Isa's books are really the benchmark for vegan cooking. She describes many vegan cooking basics in excellent detail, with particular attention to making sure the absolute beginner is able to begin their cooking journey, while still providing new and interesting content for the more experienced cook.
My only complaint is that the font size is a little bit too small to read comfortably while hovering over the book mid-recipe.
