Beginning Ruby: From Novice to Professional by Peter Cooper Paperback Textbook

"Good introduction to the Ruby Language"

Although the book assumes that the reader has some familiarity with programming languages, it does a good job of delivering the information using practical examples, making it extremely easy to follow. The book is pretty dated, the version of ruby at time of print was 2009, but the code examples are still relevant with version 3.X. I regard the money i paid for this book was a solid investment.
