Incredible, Edible Seeds
Incredible ... edible seeds! Most of us even considering this book are interested in growing our own food. It sounds simple to just buy seeds but this book will help you to understand there is a bigger picture right under your feet - it's the soil, not dirt. Seeds grown time and time again in the same area build up a sort of passive immunity to the stuff that lives in our soil. Buying seeds from wherever means those seeds have passive immunity to where ever they were grown for generations. This book will teach you how to harvest your own seeds so that you too may plant the same seeds / plants time after time and reap that benefit. Micro-organisms in the soil are no joke. a huge catalog of great recipes
I used to get the William Sonoma catalog - I've ordered so many kitchen gadgets - but the real reason I got their catalog was for the tasty recipes inside. I've never made anything I didn't like and the recipes are so easy to follow, me being NOT a chef, can make them amazing
