Nice design and the fact I bought anothe...
Nice design and the fact I bought another because the last one broke (my fault, construction) is no reflection on the cap. In fact, very convenient and I wouldn't go without one.

Built to work hard
I've used other brands of acid batteries, but Kinetik is a good jump start battery for my riding mower, other bikes, my generators, and even for weak but not dead cars for that extra boost and still run a full year and a half as a daily driver with a 600 cc twin cylinder before it dies. In storage on trickle charge/maintain, I've gotten 5yrs before it goes from not symptoms to dies and stays dead (oh, well). Running on its own without the added burden and daily driven, it lasts about 3yrs. Other batteries last about half that even with no accessories on the bike. Harley batteries last maybe 4 1/2 years, but they're upwards 4 to 10 times more expensive. No brainer, it's called. Batteries like about 77* F, but in the real world it gets hot. It gets cold. Vehicles have leakage currents that get worse with time.
I don't know if Kinetik makes their batteries different or if I've just been lucky, but I'll buy what saves me money and doesn't leave me stranded.
Turns out, they even take a blow and keep ticking....

Great Value
AM/FM/CD/DVD/USB/MP3/SD/Bluetooth/back up camera connection/traffic info/ adjustability and versatility. Wow....just, wow.... I'm used to AM/FM/CD, and that's it. Wow....
