It worked better than expected, since I ordered the wrong item...
1 of 1 found this helpful I ordered the charger since it looked exactly like the one I was using, and the only difference in the name was "RIC" was mentioned rather than "combi."
It turns out that the RIC was made for older, narrower hearing aids, while the combi was made for wider aids like mine. They snapped in and charged OK, but it was a chore to get them back out.
Fortunately my audiologist thought the manufacturer must have sent me the wrong charger and replaced it for free.

Has served me well, so far.
I'm not one to get the latest-and-greatest of any device, so my upgrade from a Samsung Victory phone was goaded only by my need to get enough internal storage so that I could accumulate more than a couple dozen apps without having to start truncating some (or rooting the phone.) This phone has more than served that purpose.
Besides having a somewhat bigger display, helping readability, its other physical features are well placed and fairly logical.
I can usually milk out 8-12 hours on a single charge, though, of course, it depends on usage; since, when I am away from home, the local 4G coverage works better than most of the "hotspots" provided by the establishments I shop at, my wi-fi is often shut off. However, my biggest daily use of the phone is usually listening to podcasts, so it does get a lot of playtime.
It is probably a little more bulky than some, but it easily fits my pockets, even with a protective case, so I am satisfied.
One curious thing that I have noticed recently that I find I have to be very careful in picking charging devices; I have several wall and car chargers, some with permanently installed cords and others with USB connections,and while they all seem to work well with my other phones and tablets, only a few seem to work with this phone. I don't know if one of its pins has been damaged in its jack, or if some cords are wired a little differently, but this been a little frustrating, presumably charging the phone, and finding it dead the next morning. I have no idea if this is at all common.
All in all, it the best phone I've ever own, which is not saying much since, when I needed a replacement, I used to buy whatever VM phone was on sale over at Radio Shack.
