batteries
The batteries are great. My only problem with them is they are extremely hard to disengage from the actual drill. The attachment mechanism is very hard to squeeze to take the battery off.

Vademecum
This is the absolute best product for mouth issues. It's pricey but one small bottle with last for years as you only use a few drops at a time. Highly recommend.
