An oldie but goodie, this camera takes incredible photos.
1 of 1 found this helpful When it came out in 2003 I paid big bucks for one and wondered it it would be worth it. Since then I've bought three more via internet and keep one with me all the time. The 4mp rating means little. I've made great enlargements of beautiful subjects with no problems. The lens surpasses the one on my highly rated SLR, which I never use anymore since the Olympus is so much easier to carry. Try to find another compact camera with a metal body and a viewfinder (with adjustable optic, no less). For features, construction and overall quality, I consider this the best camera I've ever owned.

It was a dud.
I ordered it for my grandson's birthday. It disappointed him because it didn't work.
