Chinese Characters: a genealology
1 of 1 found this helpful Being used to working with the radicals to find a character and its meaning, I found the genealogical approach deeper and, at least at first, more confusing technique. However, the book is a very useful tool with an included English/Chinese dictionary as well as a radical index. The one thing that is still a mystery is defining proper word/character order for good communication. I would recommend this book to the serious student.

Airfoil Sections
This book is quite complete, but somewhat above my math skills. I an not certain that that is a complete barrier for understanding what it has to say. The background data included in the back takes a little concentration to get at the details of the plots. but are very informative. In the process, I have learned more about airfoil sections. I am a licensed pilot and builder of computer flight simulator models of aircraft, and find this book very helpful.

This lens does just what I wanted. It is not one of the expensive image stabilized lenses, but serves my purposes nicely and at a good price
