Works but not as good as my original Samsung battery
1 of 1 found this helpful This battery works but is not as good as my original Samsung battery. My original genuine Samsung battery is 3.5 yrs old and although it struggles to run the phone for a full day, the charge degrades gradually and can still last down to as low as 3% before the phone will shut off. This new so called 'genuine' battery can run the phone for a bit longer than a day which is great BUT when the charge drops to anywhere between 39 - 27% the phone can shut off without warning. Not very good when you are in the middle of a call. A well known battery app only rates this battery's capacity as 2033 mAh well below the quoted 3220 mAh. Also the holographic marking is different to the one on my original genuine Samsung battery so given all the above I am not convinced this battery is 'genuine' let alone 'official'. I'd say 5 out of 10.
